Morning again

Morning again everbody and

Lord love a duck that quacks,yesterday was sure a cold windy and blistery day. Had things I could have done out doors, but elected not to. Didn't even bother going out in the shop. Didmanage to go get a hair cut, then while I was out, went to walmart for a bit. Talked with lots of folks there.Mostly those that work there. Still waiting and hoping I return to work. Well late yesterday after noon, I got a call from my doc's office. Looks like next month I get to have that dang plate takin out. Won't know just when though until Friday that's when I have to call and find out. Once that's done then I think thingsmay start to look up again. Though I know it will never be right again, but at least better. Kind of want to get back to work, but hant geting my hopes up again. Done that to many times already. But just would be nice though. I do miss the folks there, and the work I was doing. Miss folks coming in, and geting them confussed to all get out. Sure does make my day when i can do things like that.

Yesterday, I had the great honor of miski57 joining our family in my world. I took a stroll through his page and found it quite interesting. I even took a saying he had in there,and will show ya all what that was in a bit. Family friends please help me make welcome to our new family member, by saying welcome to ole hillies world my friend. Enjoy and have lots of fun on and off the felts.

Looks like I was out numbered with the pecan pie thinga giggy. But I still hold my ground, I don't like it so there lol. I was also givin a tip when it comes to frying taters I didn't know bout. Before they go in the fry pan,pop them in the microwave for a bit first. You can bet I will be trying that out for sure. Then another one was to put salt in fry pan when doing a steak. Now I just hant sure bout that one though. May be wrong,but I would think that the salt will go through the meat. While a little salt is good, I hant one for a lot of it. But guess it's worth a try. I sure have wasted lots of good things by trying different things. Some work out good, while others not so good. But then, that's how recipes are made I guess.

Got lots to get done today. So guess best I get off this thing, and first get the lumber off my truck and stacked. To cold yesterday to do it. Then get the shop cleaned up,and hopefuly get started on my next project. Hope ya all have a spectacular day ahead of you,with many more to come. If you see someone with out a smile, give themone of yours. They cost nothng and are so priceless. Put a smile on your lips,happy thoughts in your head and a twinle in your eye.
