    www.netspend.com is easier to get one tabbie . and the fee for mine is like 4.50 not too bad since thats a flat fee regardless how much I put on.

    I'm a U.S player and I just use my banks debit card on Full Tilt. I have never had a problem with it.

    You can use the all access visa gift card it has a one time fee of like 4.95 for a $50 card but you cant reload it.
