Full Tilt has daily $100 NLHE freerolls at 0140, 0540, 0940, 1540, 1940, and 2340 Eastern. The Top 27 finishers out of a field of 2700 (1%) get paid. There also are country freerolls, freerolls in other games, and occasional special-prize freerolls. Right now there also are 360-player and 180-player sit-n-go freerolls that are mega-satellites for a tournament with a top prize of one seat on "Poker After Dark."
Poker Stars also runs lots of freerolls, though it does not offer nearly as many direct-cash freerolls every day as Full Tilt does. There's a satellite every day to the Daily Eighty Grand that does pay out, but it's a grind with 15000 players and lots of donkey action early. PS's "astronomer" series freerolls award seats in "second round" tournaments every weekend that pay out. These tournaments run periodically throughout the day except on Sundays, when there's (to me, at least) an inexplicable daytime gap in freeroll availability.
I don't know what the other sites do.
Railbirds hold at least 2 tourneys a day, somedays 3 to catch up on ones that didn't get posted in time. Have at least 1 freeroll a day and the other a cash buy in but its not always may have them as both freerolls. GL
