How would you play them towards the end of a sit n go/ tounry...slow and trap someone with risk if losing, or raise, and take what you can get??

I too generally play them aggressive, either all in or raising at least triple the blind if I'm deepstacked.

Every now and then when I've limped in with them against only one or 2 other ppl that limped, I've won with them...but also the opposite has happened just as many times if I've tried the slow play trap method...got sucked out on.

first off its agains the rules to keep them in your pocket,,,,,,if you are big stacked why push,,,if you are short go all in,,,if you are on the bubble fold

I never play AA slow, unless u have an aggressive player that will bet for you.

Just GO ALL_IN and hope some donkey dont call and get lucky

full table i'll avoid trapping preflop at all costs, short handed 6 or less.... then i'd try slow playing......all situational though i mean blind vs blind full table or not i almost always trap aces

Yeah i go agressive too.. i have so many times tried to slowplay them but it always fails:P

If you are deep stacked and in early or middle position, raise preflop 2.5x to 3x the blind hope fully someone else desparate, low stacked, and aggressive will push allin forcing others out of the pot for fear of tripling him up. Then make your move. Then its up to the cards. lol gl

Tim4u makes the best arguement for playing pocket A's. I've tried, several times to slow play and fell foul more times than winning. However, Tim4u puts forward that timing and where you are in the torny is a big decider.

Depends on your position and what happens in front of you. If someone raises in front of you, make a big reraise. If folded to you, raise at least 3x. Don't go all in unless you are short; about 10-12 BBs. It's important you get value from the hand. You can steal the blinds anytime.
