A well built Guinness , or a Dos Equis

Spiltbongwater Nov 18, 2008 8:08 pm
Pilsner, especially Czech pils Urkel. Also when we drove though Germany we stopped at Bitburg where I had a Bitburger. Now I buy it when it is on sale at the liquor store. Guiness as well is quite good.

I am a beer conasour or however the hell you spell that lol. LOL, I feel sorry for the person who wrote Miller Light(made from the garbage lol). I live in Cleveland, Ohio and have tried hundreds of good beers in my day. Obviously, there are many I haven't tried and depending on where you live at in the world there are some you can't try because you can just buy that brand where you live. However, here is just a few of the better beers I have drank: New Castle(English Beer), Yuengling(made in New Jersey and Pennsylvania), Sierra Nevada(made in California), Blue Moon, Molson Triple X(made in Canada), and there are many more. I live in Cleveland though and we have a brewery company out here named 'Great Lakes.' They have atleast 20 different beers out and some of them are seasonal. All of them are delicious beers, but some of the better ones they have are as followed: Dortmunder, Eliot Ness, Burning River, Anniversary Ale, Octoberfest, and Commodar Perry. But the best beer I have ever drank in my life and many people I have talked to agree is 'GREAT LAKES CHRISTMAS ALE.' It is absolutely amazing to say the least. It is also a very expensive beer costing around $10 + for a 6 pack, but worth every penny. Unfortunately it is a seasonal beer, but it's that time of year and it is being served now in bars and stores. Thank god! If you ever get the chance to come to Ohio around Christmas time be sure to check this beer out. I promise you will be completely satisfied. Lol, I am licking my chops now and could write a book on good beers. Everybody enjoy your beer of choice though and cheers . As always GL at the tables...Mikey

Wow, 10+ dollars for a 6 pack is expensive? That would be some of the cheaper beers in B.C. liquor stores. Some imported beer is 14 bucks for a 4 pack, albeit they are tall cans.

bigword Nov 18, 2008 8:58 pm

corona. there is a liquor called cyclone. I fill the rest of the bottle with cyclone and then drink it. You cant taste it at all. After 3 corona's you are really feeling it. I used to serve these when i bartended.
