got down to 38 out of 1917 get big slick tog ace queen i get six dollars instead of six hundred will i ever get paid for my efforts why not win with best hand i could just cry its very hard to lose with best hand again for some real money aaargh

well i cant tell much from this hand you describe. i think you should post the hand history so we can really analyze the hand and give you some real feedback rather than wishing you better luck next time. remember there are 5 cards to come before the hand is over. gl next time and play on.

Lou is right. A HH would tell the story. If it was simply an all-in preflop, then expect to lose about 30% of the time. More if it's a multi-way pot. That's why they call it 'gambling'.

During a recent tournament I was out-drawn by short stack all in's SEVEN times in a row with the best hand. Most of em were 2/1 hands but still - I feel the pain. Even though I had a BIG chip lead before all the bad luck and I did place well, I still feel that cost me the win.
