if he knows she is married.... why would he want to waste his time with someone who wont fully be with him, unless the only reason is sleeping around... which then, yes it is wrong. If she wants to be with him, she would need to prove it and leave her husband or else it sjust scandlish and yes...wrong.

Cheating is what it is many familes have gotten broken up by cheaters its not only wrong but many people get hurt from actions like that ....
