I really respect his tournament play but I do have to say that his antics get a little old sometimes. He certainly is a smart guy who knows how to market himself, and by all accounts he is a good family man. It's kind of a shame that more people know him for his "I am the greatest, you're an idiot" schtick.

I think Hellmuth is a great player, but he shouldnt get mad when he loses. Hes a millionaire from poker, but still complains... If I were him I would be happy that people like Dragomir were playing 10 4 like that. To me thats basically like donating chips in the long run. Dragomir is a very bad player, like when he called Tiffany Michelles bet with mid pair or something and said it was just about winning one... I think that was terrible, but no matter how bad he is phil shouldnt say anything except nice hand or well played.

OK, I can't see the vid because my connection is too slow. I do have to add something on the topic though.

During the WSOP main event he got an 8 hand time out on the last hand of the day. (It is probably the one in the video.) I was thinking, "About time", but when the next day started, and he was supposed to have his 8 hand sit out, he was at the table. He had appealed the time out and they reversed it. I can't help but think that if it was one of us regular people we would have gotten more then an 8 hand sit out, and we would have had NO chance of an appeal. It pissed me off that they did not enforce the time out. of JUST 8 hands. He got off just because it was HIM!!! The right thing for the game would have been to enforce the rule, and show that everyone gets judged by the same rules with no special treatment.
