Banned from FT?

I was in communications with FT today, regarding a name change ... they closed out the original "Iamnotatwinkie" account. I had just a handful of FPPs and under a dollar in the account...so it was ok with me that I would lose that in default. Didn't bother me.

Once they did so (close the original account), I then proceeded to create new account....start fresh, and not have to worry with the constant aggrivation of my other handle. As FT offers no name changes.

I get a letter stating that I would not be allowed to open any other account and that the original is closed.

I'm assuminig this is a ban from playing poker there? I suppose emailing them in advance was honest, but why did it backfire? It's not multiple accounts. It's just one account.

Don't guess I can do anything about it.

yeah, the infamos ban from FT...this has happend to me many times although i dont realy kknow what all i did wrong.. just send them an email, wait 2 days...and u shud be fine.

FT keeps banning there players want be long and they want have any! I wish they would ban me from there , can't figure out how to close my account. can't even get on there web site it keeps hanging my puter up. I'm PS all the way!

Well from past experiences!! more than one account myself!!! Hmm Humph!! I have never been banned from fulltilt. I have closed the two accounts and the consolidated them for me without a care in the world. But this did take two day to accomplesh. Patience. you will be back in no time at all.
