Railbirds.com tourneys never open for registration until 1 hour prior to the start of the tourney. Any Time before that, you need to either scroll down to the announced tourneys near the bottom or click on date until arrow points up. clicking date will list the tourneys in order by date as opposed to being listed by the ones that are registering first.

just click on the date and it will list all tourneys in time order wheather registering or announced. Saves trying to scroll around to find it
