I just won a ticket to the Sunday Two Hundred Grand on PS. Has anybody played this? What kind of play can I expect? I'm kind of nervous. This will be my biggest Buy in.

have never played in it but i suggest good tight play..... in tourny like this i play nothing less than a K9 suited

Play your own style of game which won you the ticket,i tend to see alot of aggressive play till the first break as lots try an chip up.No all in's unless you have the nuts.i'm tight aggressive early seems to work for me, an go buy your gut instincts.gl taker down

Never played it, but i would approach it the same as i would do with other multitable games. be carefull in the beginning to avoid the golddiggers (yes you are bound to encounter them there too) that shove all in first 15 minutes with A-2 off or even 27 off and outdraw you on the river with a nasty str8 or even a simple low pair. Patience is also in poker a virtue

all I can say is good luck and dont take any risks wait for you hand and dont bluff
sirtoxicus Nov 16, 2008 7:22 pm
you get 3k in chips and there are somethin like 22000 players and they play like idiots but not all of them just some

OK see you there then. A few notes of advice here.

1) Unregester and rail a player to see what it is all about. These tourneys can lats better than 8 hours.

2) if you deside to play this. Make sure you have no distractions

3) Patience, Patience, Patience. Do not inforce the issue. It will come to you.

4) Mind the blind structure. This tourney is a slow roller for sure

5) Position, Position, Position. With keeping #4 in mind, Be ready to bail good hands for better ones later.

With this in mind, be on the lookout when the blind structure has people with less than 15-10 Big Blinds. This alone will make people shove marginal hands all in. Don't double them up.

Best of luck to you, My best finish to date has been 17th
