FT Custom table install for a MAC! (rough draft)

Nov 15, 2008 7:57 pm Report Abuse

Ok well, as some of you have seen, I am new to Mac's, but with a little point and click action I was able to solve a serious problem today.... Installing custom tables on Mac's! I will be using the outline that JAG1024 used in creating the how to on a PC, Thank you Jag for a wonderful blog installing Custom Tables FT Tables on a Mac TABLE 1. Open your Finder 2. Go to APLICATIONS 3. Right click (two finger click) on Full Tilt icon 4. Choose 'SHOW PACKAGE CONTENTS" 5. Open Contents Folder 6. Open Resource Folder 7. Open Graphics Folder 8. Open Table Folder 9. Drag and drop table image from internet link into your Table folder 10. Rename Table.png to anything at all - table1.png works just fine To rename a file click it twice.. SLOWLY, and the name will turn blue, and type what you want. 11. Rename new table image to 'Table.png' (once again do a SLOW double click to change name. BACKGROUND 1. Follow steps 1 to 7 2. Open Background Folder 3. Open background folder that you hate (outer space for me) lol 4. Drag and Drop background image from internet link into your most hated background folder. 5. Rename 'Table.jpg' to anything you want (see step 10 above) 6. Rename new image to Table.jpg Now What.... 1. Open Full Tilt 2. Go to a table 3. Click on Options 4. Change your background to your most hates (outerspace) and click OK 5. and POOF! You should have your new table! Woot Woot. if this didn't work. RESTART FULL TILT, I had FT open when I did it, and the table didn't show until I rebooted FT. YAY!~ Hiya, I'm a Mac!~
