Like a lot of folks in this state, I have a job. I work,

Would the urine tests look for alcohol consumption as well as drugs?
I have 3 kids and one ex-husband who will not help me support them. Last year, after i mived to MD to raise my kids away from him and to get back on my feet, I had to apply for food stamps. I had no choice.. had to feed my kids.
I had to take a urine test to get JUST food stamps. Sooooo, yes.. they do have to take urine tests. I was not on welfare and did not get any other assitance as I felt stupid for just getting that, but there are laws out there that state a urine test is needed for government assistance.
And yes I passed.

Not very related, but its taking the piss. I was on a 4 day kayak trip from golden bay to marahau (50km of heavenly coastline).
Got up one morning and some lowlife had pissed inthe cockpit of my kayak.
Nice.
