Hello again.
I am here to talk about Bankroll Management for freerollers.
The key thing to remember is to never play with the dollar you spend 3hours to earn.
I know, i have been there. If you play with your hole bankroll then there is to much pressure on you to win and when your under pressure you wont play your best. When i first started playing i managed to win $2 in the Ireland Freeroll, what did i do, i played a sit n go.....and came 4th, That was that, all the time playing the freeroll... wasted. One other time I was stupid enough to bring the $2 to a cash table. That didnt go to well either.
Tips
- Keep playing freerolls until you have around $10-$15 so that if you lose then its wont matter to much.
-If you win a big freeroll and come out with $100 then push up to $2-£3 sit n goes. I know that if you win big you want to keep winning big by playing big buy-in tournaments etc. Think first, If you play a $10 sit n go then you will are losing 10% of your bankroll if you lose. But with $3 its only 3%, You should try to keep it at 5% of your bankroll for any tournament.
-If you are a cash player then you should never go into a cash game until you have at least 50 big blinds.
-Another point would be.... Dont Play if you have just recieved a bad beat as this may put you on tilt and then you wont play your best. Just leave, have a cup of tea, come back in an hour or two.
