Do YOU like Deepstack poker??

Nov 13, 2008 2:42 pm Report Abuse

Then i found THE tournament for you! Pokerstars runs occasional deepstack tournaments for the fans (This is the complete schedule www.pokerstars.com/poker/tournaments/schedule/deep-stack/ ).

But, they dont run often, so thats a great miss for us deepstack lovers (lol) So i want to bring your attention to a deepstack SNG, one that many people seem to overlook. The only downside about this sng, is that its Heads Up.

I'm talking about the heads up-deep-no blind increases sitngo. You start with a 2000 stack, and the blinds remain at 5-10 troughout the whole sng. Thats 200BB, so True Deepstack poker!!!! They also come in various limits. The cheepest one is $5.75, then $11.25, $22.25, $33.50, $55.50, $111, $222. So plenty of choise for all bankrolls

They also run a Deep sitngo, where u start with 1500 and the blinds remain at 15-30, also very good, but not as good as the other one (if you ask me ) They have thesame buyins.

Maybe you knew about these, maybe you didnt. Well, now you know, and i hope to see you all there!!! HeeeeeeeHaaaaaaaaaw DNC Rulezzz the felt!!!!

Awesome, thanks for the information! I look forward to checking these out. I really like deepstack tourneys.

My issue with deep stack poker is the time it takes...

To me there is no point in playing Deep Stack heads up, I do enjoy the looooooooong deep stack tourneys on stars... I can only play em on saturdays and not every saturday...

I think it's the closest to live poker we can get (Level structure)
