Playing 4 windows ata a time!

Nov 12, 2008 2:24 am Report Abuse

I just recently started playing $1 nine man sngs on poker stars. I put 5 dollars on. Just to mess around. My friend suggested that i just buy in for four, and play them all at once. I have done so twice and i ahve already turned my 5 into 15. I find that i am way more content, cuz if im not getting good hands on one, ill will be on the other. It keeps me more patient. But i was wondering.. is this the best way to play? Does it maximize my profit any? or did i just get lucky..

Big Al ir right! min 10.00 deposite at stars. But yes for the young minds that are easily bored, Four or more games at a time keep them in it longer. For when you play a crafty person at a single table. you will find you just can't push them around as much with your marginal hand cause you want action. Thus loosing.

I myself like 8 tables at a time, this keep me focused top ten and not deviate one bit till short handed. Gl with those deposites.

I don't know if it is a good way to play. But it sure gives you 4 tables to help calm you down.

I do this on free games when I am feeling witchy.

It is fun.

I think it is a great way to maximize profits lets say you want to go all in with a hand, but don't want to lose much. This will nullify that kind of chance of losing money.

It does help with variance, it's a good plan if you can devote all of your attention to it (at the time), good luck!

If you can concentrate on 4 hands at a time good luck.

It gives you no time to think You must make a quick decision which good be wrong or you would be timed out

If money is your object Take your money and play 1 tournament.

pretty hectic stuff, reminds me of that kid in "the score" who sits in his mum's houses basement hacking into high-security computer systems on one PC, playing hexen online on another and probably a few more just showing porn...

Multi-tabling S&G is a good way to make some $ but can be tricky at higher buyins - $5 and up - because you'll play against better players.

I multi table NLHE and PLO ring with $50 buy-in ($0.25/$0.50 blinds) and i ALWAYS end with a profit. Sometimes it is only a few $ but most of the time i end up with close to a full buy-in and sometimes more.

I say that multi tabling works best in ring tables. S&G are my second choice whn it comes to multi tabling.
