Hello Americans
obviously a lot of you vote Republican as well but I think Americans would find it difficult to understand how important Obama's win was in the eyes of the world. The Economist did a survey converting the world into Electoral Votes based on popluation. The result was 8,000 to 300! in Obamas favour with only 3 countries voting for McCain (Cuba, Lithuania and Russia i think). McCain is obviously a man of honour and distinction and both his and Obama's speeches was absolutely brilliant.
Congratulations on showing democracy in its finest hour.
