the matrix tourneys are just a way to spread the possible winiings around to more players. so if you are actually looking to make some money in a quicker way i would suggest you venture into something else other than the matrix

I like them because if you take a bad beat on a one table SNG for all your chips you are done. In the matrix SNG's you can take that bad beat and still make money.

If for nothing else, there is at least one thing matrix tourney are good for.

If you don't want to deposit, and win like 2 bucks in a freeroll, it's hard to get a big bankroll just with that. The best thin is to play matrix tourneys, because if you're good, it's easy for you to make at least some progress. And if you have bad luck, you don't loose all your money at once (except if you have terribly bad luck).

I wasn't playing it to build a bankroll I just wanted to check it out. A bunch of my friends like them. It was fun and challenging. Now I have tried it, not sure if I will do another lol.

I played the same and won a .90 cent profit!! I thought Gee...."what exactly happened there?" lol .....It took time to find out what I ended with..as it continues to run...Overall though it was a quick walk thru another park on Poker Avenue...lol. (Learning all the time...)

My two experiences with the matrix were kind of fun, but they netted me about twenty cents and probably took two years off my life. I'll REALLY have to be in the right mood to play one again.

And if any of you are playing in the Matrix HORSE games, you deserve a medal ...
