The Greatest Nation in the World!

I believe I live in the greatest nation in the world. It saddens me as our businesses are being carted away to other countries and we ***** ourselves out until we no longer own or make anything in this country. I see so many people of other countries bash the United States., but where do their citizens go for a better life? Where do they sell their goods? Who do they call on when they are in the proverbial shit to bail them out? If our economy crumbles what decimating effect will it have on theirs?
I can understand people not agreeing with the United States playing world policeman. I don't agree with it either. I can see how that spreads resentment and contempt. What I can't see is how many don't acknowledge that without America their freedoms and prosperity simply would not exist. I'm sure most people have a negative view of the United States either based on ignorance or emotion. I'm just asking people to think about what they have and why they have it and what would happen if they no longer did.
If I were to say the "The United Kingdom is the cesspool of Europe.", I think it would carry a very strong reaction and start quite a clamor and rightly so. That kind of speech is ignorant, unfounded and meant to infuriate. Yet we as Americans tolerate these kind of attacks daily from the rest of the world. We believe in your right to speak your mind and follow your convictions and would send and have sent our young men and women to their deaths to defend that idea. Yet we are portrayed as fat, lazy, complacent bullies who screw up everything. I think that label is unfair and I think it's time the rest of the world woke up and realize that as the United States of America goes so does the world. So please have some class and realize that most of you would not even have the ability to throw stones at the U.S.A if it were not for the U.S.A., you'd be too busy worrying about how to survive or fearing or fleeing for your life from tyrannical rule. Imagine that. Get some perspective haters!
