Yes thats a big ouch for sure.
I wish you a quick recovery.
My dad was an Iron worker . He was unloading steel beams off of the truck well the guy in the crane wasn't paying attention good enough and one of the beams started to slip . Sooooo he had to jump off to get outta the way of being crushed by the beam. He landed on his feet but his heel ended up in a hole and it was shattered.
I know the pain he was in so I know how bad the pain is your having.
Back then they really didn't have the know how to fix it like they can today.
Good luck and my prayers for a speedy recovery will be with you through your pain and recovery.

here this well take the edge off and let you sleep better dont believe wat others tell ya wen they have never even tried ...lol take it from a professional who knows wat hes talking about ..lol gl on your recovery .. the stonedman!!!
Ouch man ouch.
If the percs aren't working I'd recomend getting the dose uped. Watchout tho. Percs are really not fun when you got to stop taking them.
Also, don't ice it. This will cause the muscles and tissues to contract, and if there are indeed shattered bones, you risk further internal injuries. Further, icing the injury will cause the capillaries to contract, decreasing the blood flow, limiting you bodies natural painkillers access as well increasing the over all time for your body to access and repair damage tissues.
Good luck at the specialist. If its shattered, chances are your gonna need screws, pins and plates.
Man, I hope you get better and the pain leaves you sooon. I had an uncle that was a painter and he fell off a scaffold and shattered his ankles. Hope the doctor can do some good work for you
