omaha penny tables on PS

I had recently taken a break from poker and now im back in the game and ive been playing the ps penny tables omaha hi. anyways ive been blown away by the number of bad players ive met on these tables. i mean really bad. im posting a hand here, i was at the table but not involved in this particluar hand. as bad as this was, believe me its not uncommon from what ive seen in just the past couple days. please pay particular attention to the play of stevef4748. also keep in mind its not like he was stonecold bluffing, which sometimes can be an ok play in omaha. the other player was reraising and obviously not going to go away.
