I have been getting a lot of questions regarding the custom rails that I have made. In the other How To blogs, I demonstrated using paint.net which is a free program but has limited effects options. I will now show you how to use Corel PhotoImpact X3 to create more complicated custom rails, backgrounds and animations. The program is not free, but it does have a 30 free trial that you can download. You could use this time to make several custom images. Here is where you can sign up and download the program. www.corel.com/servlet/Satellite/us/en/Product/1208530085897#tabview=tab6 This really is a great program with tons of effects options. It might make your head spin after using paint.net lol. There is no way that I will be able to cover all of the options, so you will have to do some investigating on your own. You may want to wait until I get the other blogs done on backgrounds and animation before downloading, so that you can get the most out of the 30 days. Have fun!
