who pays the winner of frs?

Nov 3, 2008 3:43 am Report Abuse

if its the sponsor site,,ft or ps then im not sure what can be done about pw stealing,,but if rb is putting up the cash mabey the site can talk to the site and check winners for membership,,before paying? anything is probably more trouble than its worth and im quite sure that rb staff is doing all they can to limit the number of non members playing,,so lets all just relax and have fun,,,life is too short to be worried bout this

From what I have read before, it is RB that puts up the money for the games.

I usually pay the winner with all my time and effort by donking out before the bubble, thanks for reminding me....

Freerolls and passwords

  1. Who provides for the prize pools for the freerolls?
We never discuss the economy behind the site... it is strictly a business matter. It's not Stars and FTP that pay for the tours, though, we do ourselves.

Railbirds pays the prize money. $70+K a year.Sad part is that it doesn't all go to the members as intended.

60k members that come here with only stars or tilt and then join the other for the freerolls pay for the freerolls............

I had sent an inquiry in the past to full tilt about the passwords. They say that it is unfortunate that uninvited players get in, but as long as they have the proper password, they have to assume that they belong there.

The only way that I have found around this is by sending the list of who is supposed to be in it to tilt when i set up my tournaments. This way, there is no password. You do, however, run into the risk of a player not being there and just sitting out this way. Even if you leave the option to unregister open.

railbirds should get a list of winners From the freerolls and pay out in to the account after varification of member ship

or hey make a railbirds bank account and wait to send till that player has reached enuff to make a transfer.

Or make a pro rail account at each website that pays out the winnings to the winners

im not sure I kinda think my idea here is stupid but so is stealling passwords

and wrecking our oppertunities to have true railbird freeroll once again

lol excuse my poor spelling good luck everyone
