I see a lot of people on here so concerned with every little thing about poker I figured I would help compile all their poker questions into one true and universal answer. That's right I don't need to go on about pot odds or position or whatever, the answer is plain and simple:
Play in the manner that will best allow you to enjoy your time at the tables.
All in every hand? Sure go for it! Slow and patient? Be sure you take a snack! Super Aggressive? Take a whip for fun! Because really when it comes down to the absolute bare knuckle facts, you've got to have fun! It's not about having some positive attitude, it's about having fun. I'll be kind and let you in on a dirty little secret, the cash you win in those $100 freerolls you keep playing in won't change your life and put you on the fast track to stardom. So why not have fun? I know I know so and so won XX from nothing! Guess what, they're the exception, not the rule. If that happens for you, great! But why spend every moment screaming and sweating about it all? If you can't have fun with what you love then you're in seriouse trouble. And don't give me that "but but but they won't play the way I want them too!" You know what? I bet they're having more fun than you are! So take a breath and enjoy yourself already!
