Please coordinate your response to us.
Hello,
After today we will be removing theSINISTERS private tournaments from our schedule.
We are removing them because we have not received an updated link for us to post on the schedule since she was banned.
We are sending this to you since you have posted the info for her tournaments since she was banned.
If you choose to have the tournaments on the schedule in the future please review our Tournament Submission Guidelines then send us the required info. At that time we will gladly re-add them to the schedule.

Taking the time to do this will ensure that people that win your tournaments will be entered on our results blog and will thus be invited to play in our monthly Tournament of Champions. It will also prevent any "hard feelings" or "drama" when the winners find that they were not listed on our results blog and thus missed being invited to the TOC.
Please Note the BOLD text
Our basic Tournament Submission Guidelines
1) For one time tournaments post the information in a blog.
2) For a DAILY or WEEKLY tournament post all the information prominently on a profile page. Post blogs regularly to advertise. We offer other options in our guidelines blog, but this is our preference. We will NOT update the schedule with new blog links every day or week.
3) The information posted on the blog or profile should include: Tournament Name, Day, Date, Poker Site, Time, Game&Limit Type, Buyin&Rake, Payout%, & any other specials (Knockout, HeadsUp, Turbo, etc.). If it is a Knockout include the amount payed per KO.
4) If there are bounties posted on Astrogini's Bounty Blog, a known poker pro is playing in it, or it is a charity tournament tell us so we can add special icons when we put it on the schedule.
5) Send us a PM with ALL of the above information. Include the profile or blog link!
6) Either post the password publicly or post the names of the RB members that need to be contacted to get the password. We do not need the password ourselves.
7) Once the tournament is completed send us a PM with the winner's RB & Poker Site names so they will be added to our monthly results blogs & will be invited to that months Tournament of Champions.
8) You should also be aware that blogs more than 2 weeks old do not appear in the latest blogs list when they are commented on. For suggestions on handling this advertising snafu please read this blog:
http://www.railbirds.com/blog/179386.
Comprehensive instructions can be found here:

We hope you understand that with the amount of work going into the schedule we have to have some guidelines set.
Thank You,
The Masked Duo
