Bad Motorcycle Crash

I have two children by my first wife, both are adults with their own families now, my son is in the Air Force, stationed here in Utah, and my daughter is a stay at home mom an hour north of Dallas, Texas. Their step dad, David Underwood, crashed his motorcycle this past Sunday, and is currently on life support, with brain damage. He, his wife, and, my children could use the prayers of those who have a relationship with God !

He was entering the highway and traffic was stopped, and he lost control of the bike and was thrown off of it. He was wearing a helmet, but took a terriable blow to the head. My son went to Texas Monday, and my daughter lives within a mile of David and her mother. My daughter is a devout Christian, and has faith that the doctors are wrong, and he will make a full recovery, and time will tell !

Thank you to all who offer prayers for them, they all need them, David has been a good step dad to the kids for 15 years, and they are all close. I have met him several times, and he is a likeable man, with a zest for life, and a good spirit about him !

Update... In typical Railbird fashion, I have had several concerned people ask as to the condition of David since I posted this blog. I hate to say it, but there is no change in his condition at this time, he is in a coma, and has not come out of it, and the doctors in attendance think that he may not come out of it. The faithful prayers of many are what is keeping hope in the family, thank you all who have responded !
