Right on md .......... I too appreciate the notices of things that other have to tell. Esp. when we all can't be on 24/7 so some blogs or announcements are missed So I rather have my mailbox full then log on to see an empty one.

Also lets me know my friends are thinking of me.

I agree.. I don't mind if you apologize for the spam, but I really don't see the need for it. Unless you're sending out a link of a "personal" nature and feel the need to do so, it's certainly fine by me cuz I value the information. And the delete button is only a click away!

If someone doesn't want the messages, all they have to do is tell the person sending the pm and they can be put on a do not send listing.

Are there really that many kinds of spam? Iam borderline revolted but also somehow curious Hawaiian Spam pizza hmmm would the kids eat it? Will the local Pizzaria put it on their menu? The next time I cross border I will have to stop in the Spam isle for a look/laugh on my way to the Grits
