Finally getting word from Lions club skilled dogs of canada on thursday of last week that they had a last minute cancellation and that they believed that the dog with the opened spot and myself would be a perfect match was exciting news. Mix feelings came pouring through me. 1) Amazing it has been two years since my diving accident that has left me a C5/C6 quadraplegic, the aid from a skilled dog will change my life yet again.2)The friendship will bond the two of us at the hip. 3)This is where it gets sketchy.... 3 week in house training at their facility 45min away requires me to live at the school, this means one thing NO POKER! I arrived at the school today around 3:00pm. Coming through the doors was exciting hallways filled with chocolate, black and golden labs all wagging their tails...still haven't seen a common area with a computer yet though! After a short orientation we were escorted to our private apartments. Opening the door to the most beautiful site......my own personal computer!!!! Perfect!!! After a day of training it will be great to play a couple of privates with some fellow railbirds. So on my down time tonight I pull up to the desk type in full tilts gorgeous name, click on download then on install. BAM!!!! FIREWALL!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! Any hackers out there?

START - control panel - windows firewall
and if you cant turn it off there look under security options in the control panel. good luck with it! hope you get a great dog to help you out.
