You have the power to do something ! Send the chat log, and the date and time of the tournament to the poker sites support ! Posting it here will get nothing done, but sending it to them can ! We have no control over what happens on the poker suites, just what happens here !

topcat is right, this goes to support at the room you were playing. Doesnt always work, but sometimes things get done.

sorry if im wrong but i get the feeling that nobody cares about keeping these people away
even if my idea is not possible due to some kind of technical thing then there are other ideas.
Everyone cares about keeping them away from our freerolls unless they are a Raibird in good standing.
The problem is finding the right solution to the issue. And there are people working on that.
