Been Away and lost all I gained

Not money but skill. I think it's more of the patient thing. Any tips?

I've been away from poker for about 5 months or so.

Go and get "Killer Poker Online 2" by John Vorhaus, great and easy read, not so mathy like the others.

Play small stakes at first. Reread anything that you had read that produced a breakthrough for you (if you haven't read anything, grab some material on the game you enjoy playing the most). Revisit the games (tourney's, ring games, whatever) that you enjoyed the most, not necessarily the ones you were best at. Remember why you loved playing in the first place.

Then I think you'll see the rust start coming off, and you'll be back where you were in no time.

I'm int he freeroll not doing so hot but we'll see.

And Yes I remember everyone on my friends list. Just had to focus on the family for a while. Men you know how the women can get sometimes.

No disrespect.

Welcome back short. I noticed you went MIA. LOL. You are a solid player, and no amount of absence from the game can take that away. Get back into the lower level buyins and work up from there. GL and again welcome back. X
