You don't understand? Try being told repeatedly throughout your life that you don't deserve to live because of an irrevocable part of who you are. It is NOT a choice it is who we are and we are told we are less because of it and treated like we are not fit for society. Let's assume you are a male and you are out with your wife and you give her a kiss on the cheek. No big deal. I hold a man's hand and we get looks and sometimes even cursed at refused service at stores. At one point I was forced to move due to repeated bricks through my windows due to the intolerance of one little hick town. You don't think some representation is needed to make it known that we are a part of EVERY community? Try being on the other end of this one for a while.

I am not 'gay' myself (sorry if the use of the pejorative insults anyone, no offense meant), but am a great supporter of the equal rights cause, and of homosexual marriage. Sanctity of marriage? I believe the statisitc is 50% of marriages end in divorce, that's quite holy. Let people live their lives with who they choose, and good luck to them.

To each his own, but you are opening yourself up to ridicule by posting this here, and having a brick thrown thru your viritual window. If that happens, one of us peorails will step in and shut this blog down !

Society doesn't want anything shoved in their collective faces, what you do in the privacy of your own home is your buisness, but if you take anything out into public that is other than the norm, expect some repercussions, it will happen !
