Well for me i was bad for playing freerolls and micro tourneys.Tha is where you find alot of people playing whatever they have,just to try and dble up.I am fine with that because some freerolls,like turbo,you need to go all in to build a stack.However,lots of time after the first break,people start to try and win.This is where i would most likely go on tilt.I would be playing tight,and tryingto win,and with a table that is trying now,we get into our game.So all is well until a new player comes on,,and he is still on tilt,,,so you get mad folding alot of great starting hands,till you get the one you think will hit.I have it in my head that i am gonna get this guy,and puff,here is the hand to do it.

on the river,,welllllll now i am mad,,,so next hand,,he goes all in i think,,aw he can't get me again,,,I will call hehehehe,i am gonna get him,,well we all know where that goes.I LOSE 
.So i am out,,,now i am mad,not only i lost,,,BUT HE WON ....I use to carry that on till the next tourney,and think fine,,all in every hand,,i will do like him and suck out ....well now i am no better then the guy I just played,and even worse,because now i am making others in my tourney pay for me being mad.I even get ppl calling me a donk,I try to say I am not,,just mad,,but then they say (I am gonna put a note on you) I tell go ahead,,thinking I will never see them again,,,well thats not true,,,,,,i do meet up with them....and now they say something to me ,and tells all the table that I am a donk ,but i know I am not,,was just mad .So now,,when i feel like going on tilt..i will sit out,go for a puff,and brush it off ,because then i play better,and I am not gonna have notes on me saying I am a donk .........So i hope this will help you all..If you get mad,just try to walk away for a few minutes brush it off the best you can,because you will meet them on another table,and another day,and you will feel like crap when they say something . # 2 tilt this will be shorter lol ....i call this tilt..most might not...Ever play in a money tourney,,get sucked out,and fee the need to try another,but still carry that suck out to the next one.Well i lost alot of tourneys that way .thinking i need to win,because that idiot made me lose last one.well losee that 1 to because of my bad thinking,,so go have a puff,to do it again . So after going through a few tourneys,losing alot of money,,,,,,,,WELL I NEED TO GET IT BACK RIGH ,SO GO INTO A BIGGER STACKED ONE HEHEHE TO WIN IT BACK.welllllll bad bad move,,,even with the self talk,,don't be mad :0,,,and the talk,,,,,,,you can do this.... turn into idiots pushing but i want to play tight ,can't get to see the flop ,,,getting mad again,,yep,,,here goessssss ...very mad,,,,,I am gonna get you guys ,,,,,,,,lol nope nope,,I get mad I get out......so now i just lost so much money ,,money that took me a long time to build .So i leave the poker,,to return a few hours later .i need to do ring games to get it back hehehehe in a hurry,,,playing good playing tight ..up and down,,but I am happy ...till that new player on table comes again,,thinking he can push to steel blinds,,,well I will show him,because i am doing good ......i get my

my tilt is done cause i am broke .... So now I know better try one and if i lose,,,,,i realize,,,no hand is a winning hand no matter what,,,till its over :0 and I can handle it better and if i ever find myself mad :0 i turn to railing never lose money helping other So all hope you can learn a few warning sighs :0 and never play mad tc huggers ,,and gl on the felt .....See you there ,and for the record ,i hung up my donk suitt hehehe

Well i agree with your #2 example and i do believe it's tilt.
Lots of people in an effort to make up for their losses at the lower levels, they go to the higher stakes thinking to themselves with blinds this high all i need to win are a few pots and i should then be able to recover what i lost from the lower stakes. This is what steaming does to you, it puts you on tilt, you don't think clearly like you normally would. Your thought process becomes clouded and you have one thing in mind, to get your money back and as quickly as possible.
I agree with all that you've basically said except for when you went all sad cause ppl labelled you as a "donk". Personally if i go to a table and i'm called a donk and everyone thinks i am a donk then i'll think of a way i can use this new found table image to my advantage. I won't sulk over it, i would try to extract value from this. How? Maybe you can get in there, play alot of cheap pots, play small pot poker, lead out with small semi bluffs and so forth. The table thinks you're a LAG donk. NICE. Set them up, then BOOM, when you do play a big pot and get your $$ in you win huge cause you have the absolute nuts!
Just some opinions of mine i thought i'd share to hopefully make you see that there can always be some good taken from what we think is bad.
