$2.87 per gallon and dropping

Right now I have both gas tanks full in my van, guess I should take a road trip, so I can save some money filling them back up, right?...lol...

I paid $3.26 in Ohio this weekend and I thought that was good.......if it drops below $3 here, i'll prolly poop my pants!

3.89 to 4.15 here and we just getting so that the stations have anything other than regular.

Been lines here waiting up to a hour to just get gas.

Lucky for you. Still over $4 a gallon here. Plus no one in town has premium or mid grade, only regular. Last week, me and a buddy of mine had to drive 40 miles both ways to get some for my car.

At the Shell station beside my house its a big $4.28. Anybody go higher?

Well Im from NC its still $3.99 here. Just the oil companies trying squeeze every $ they can. Its been a long time since Ike and they say they're still not running yet.

here in rockford,illinois were paying an average of 3.87 agallon for regular unleded at that..

RoseG42, you must live where i do. yes we had long lines for about 2 weeks. and gas is still $4 a gallon in most places...................

It is $3.46 here in east central IL. Down nearly 40 cents from last week ($3.85)and dropping. This is for Reg unleaded.

$3.23 in cleveland which still SUCKS, better than $4 though

Im paying $3.45 in So. California. And its not the Oil companies squeezing the money outta people. Its all the middle men. Gasoline changes hands between 3-5 different companies before reaching the pump. I guess they could all be considered "oil companies" , but its not the ones who are pumping for that oil. Sure they are making their share of the profits , but the real squeeze comes from the refineries and delivery tanker companies transporting the gasoline. I used to work as a driver for a company that delivers gas whos name I will not mention, and we would sell to the gas to the pumps at different amounts each day even from the same batch of gasoline produces days before. Its sick.

Feel for us brits over $10 a gallon

I live in South Carolina and the lowest I have seen it is $3.49, also many stations only have 87octane in the am hours for a short time, when it goes people are forced to but the mid or premium for 3.99 to 4.69. I guess as long as they keep the regular at a low they can gouge us on the other grades at will.

How much would it cost me to drive to Mo. {lol}

it is a bit more expencive in europe lol we are paying like 1.5€ per liter wich would be around 2$ .

Still $3.57 here near my house in NY but if I drive to the next county ( about 15 mins drive) its down to $3.36 . So If I need to go that way (which has been alot in the last week,) I have been getting my gas there.
