    live poker tonight!

    since hurricane ike rolled through texas i have been neglecting my poker league. i didn't get to go the city championship (i have already qualified for the next one), and my poker spot was destroyed in the storm. but tonight i have a babysitter and nothing is going to get in my way. my goal is to win at least one of the tourneys tonight if not both.

    the last time i came in 2nd i got thrown off my game because everyone started calling me the silent assassin and i got embarassed. hopefully that won't happen tonight. so i won't be around after 7. Good luck to everyone playing the freeroll tonight and in private tournies!!!!!!!!!

    i wasn't embarassed by the name i was embarassed by all the attention (it was the final table with a small crowd watching) i get a little shy and i blush and smile a lot! maybe i should start taking valium before i play

    I actually bring my ativan with me. benzo's are good for such situations. Valium sounds better.. lmao.. I have panic attacks and have had several playing live.. It is very stressful trying to keep playing so nervous.. And feeling like you just want to run... All I gotta say is, it is always smart to take it before the situation arises... But I never listen to myself... GL
