Sat down this morning, mind you now I was drawn out on all day yesterday. So first nine hands six of them are hands you difinately want to see a flop. A Q suited, pair of jacks, pair of kings, A J suited, and A K twice. After suffering through giant raises each of those six hands nothing on the flop. These guys just keep firing. I wind up calling once because Im down to a third of my stack already. The hand I got involved in was the one where I had A Q suited. Now the A Q was hearts and two hearts were on the flop. I play it out to see what this person was betting, wouldnt you know it he had a set of queens. Same bull sh t as yesterday. After that I packed it in for the day.

things happen sometimes, try value betting to protect ur stack all of us go through this it's how u get out of the slump whats important. write down how u r playing each hand and try and find a flaw or something u can do diffrently. GOOD LUCK TO YOU

question how do you get those kind of hands ? i see MAYBE one of those six hands per hour of play. and then miss the flop

Just push preflop with JJ+ and AK, AQs+ if you feel people are running over you.

Calling down with just two big cards out of frustration is bound to be a losing play in the long run.

Just noticed about the flush draw. Well with an AQs nut flush draw with two overcards(?) you can hardly fold on the flop. It is favorite against any onepair hand except KK and not that big a dog against a two pair or even a set. However get as much dough in at the flop, since the implicit value of the hand decreases strongly with every card (if you don't catch your flush you lose a lot of direct EV, and if you do catch it you might lose implicit EV because your opponent actually put you on the draw). Therefore a push is the way to go on the flop.
