Ironman Challenge on FTP?

Oct 2, 2008 1:07 am Report Abuse

Well I have been on FTP for quite a while now and never even thought of trying to get a level before but things have changed recently and I think that its possible now. My question is how much cash equals an ironman point. I am assuming it has to do with how much rake they make. I looked over their site and could not find the answer to this. I do know how to find out how many points I made for the day I just dont know what formula they use and I am curious.

All that confuses me, but I can tell you that $1.25 sng gets you 1.75 points.

I'm certain you read this already, but I got this from FT site.

You can also earn points playing in tournaments and Sit & Go's. Earn 7 points for every $1 in entry fees, with no limit to the number of points you can earn per tournament.

so in a tournament with a buy in of $10+$1, you will earn 7 points from that.

Ok well full tilt gives you 1 point for every 1$ in rake they take weather its a tournament or in ring games, I usually get silver status every month ( not this last month i have been spending all my free time hanging out with my brother who was on a Month pass from the military) and i can tell you to earn silver status you have to earn 50 points a day for 25 days out of a month or 100 points a day for 15 or 20 days i forget what one it is. Above that is Gold and than Iron status pretty much the only way you are going to earn Iron man status is to play at very high stakes for hours on end or play like 8 tables at a time again for hours on end- I think to get iron man you need to earn 200 or more points a day for 25 days.
