Reading opponents

I find that when I play poker live I keep my eyes to the table. I find this keeps me from revealing any tells. However, it keeps me from being able to keep an eye on my opponents. I never see their reaction to their cards. Sure, I still watch their hands, how they throw out their chips and, how they hold their cards. I feel I am missing more, but I also feel that my eyes give away too much(although I have started wearing sunglasses). Does any one have any tips?
Also, if you have any tips for picking up tells from others that would be great as well.

Joe Navaros book 'Read em and Reap' is a great book on this subject.
Try to concentrate on conceiling your tells. The best way of doing this is to videotape yourself at the table.Organizing home games is the best for this. Try to get an angle where you can see most of your body. You will soon realise that your body gives away so much more than the face.By doing this it will also help you in picking up more of your opponents tells.
Since the faces tells are not so important,i have found that players with glasses to help hide tells, show alot more elsewhere than ones that dont.
Start concetrating on picking up your opponents tells they will win you alot more than yours will lose you, many players at the table are not concentrating on picking thier opponents tells.
Often a persons posture defines the strength of their hand, it is worth looking into.

You have to do what make you comfortable at the table. Personally I would say forget the sunglasses, if you can't face your opponents looking at you, that's not good. You often ear about having a "poker face" There is really not much to it. If you have tells suck it up and work on them. Try not be to worry about them, focus more on betting pattern, and if you're able to catch unhabitual movement from your opponents, analyze them and see what's the meaning of it. The more you play the more comfortable you're going to be, and also if you often play with the same opponents, well you can really starting to categorize them.
Keep working on your own body movement, try to always move your chips the same way, act the same no matter what is going on at the table. Take your time when you act. No matter what, You can hold AA's or 72, be UTG or on the Button, chip leader or short stack, ACT the same. One last thing, pay attention of your table image, and also play based on what's your image is at the table at a specific moment.
