I believe I ran into 2 ppl commiting collusion..should I report?

well I was playing fake money stud 8 game..or trying to..when I ran into these two guys and they were sitting out and having a conversation..and me being the person who likes reading what other ppl have to say read this..should I report it? it sounds like collusion to me but..I dkn..here's the whole conversation but I thought I found 2 important things that lead to my conclusion of their collusion..

some of it is not talking about poker at all..but they did talk about going into a 4 person together

I thought that was clear evidence that they were wanting to go in a 4 man together which gives them a 50/50 chance of winning and whatever winnings they had gotten I am pretty sure they'd split the money...

when I read that I thought that was more clear evidence they had strategy if someone gets dealt 35 in the hole so in othe words more collusion between the 2 of them..I searched their names and 20ozcoke did not show up but CME@WSOP2017 was in a 10.70 +1 dollar double shoot out game..I sorted the player list alphebetically(SP?) and I saw 20ozcoke had finished in 86th..I thought there that they were both in a game for a chance for both players to win a satellite cause they sattellite was to the 1 million dollar guarantee tourney with 4 spots to win the sattellites..I'm pretty sure if they were to have final tabled they'd pass chips to each other and get top 4 between them both..

it's clear that they went off topic and talked about some of their personal life stuff..but I thought it was clear that there was strategy for collusion involved there.

should I report it and do you think it will be hard for them to keep their accounts?..oh and I was the one who called the moderator up there cause I thought he'd take a look at the chat and ban them both right then and there..
