man you australians have a way of talking that I just don't understand. Does crook mean you are feeling blue? i assume it is due to the relationship problems that you have recently experienced. The only cure i know of is to get your mind busy thinking about something else. get out of the house because that is where it is easiest to give in to the urge to eat. You have got to keep active. At least that is my opinion. Or you can just do like me a drink a lot of tequila. That seems to fix a lot of my problems.
