I just tried to d/l carbon poker because i've heard many good things about it from this site but while filling out my information my state isn't available on the list. Kentucky is trying to pass a law to ban online gaming but nothing has been passed yet so does anybody know why my state wouldn't be listed on there????????????

Some states do ban online poker. You didn't mention which state, but like I know? Maybe you should email them. California is OK. Move here!!

Actually it has passed... but hopefully will be overturned once the poker site legal teams getdown to business.. sorry about your luck.

There're about 11 states that will not allow on-line poker vendors to operate on their states. I guess kentucky is one of them.

Try espn poker club, if you are unable to sign onto off shore poker sites. It's for free and you can win some real good prizes.

Well Kentucky governor Bashear just went to plead his case today to ban 'em in Kentucky, but the way the legal process goes there's no way it should've taken affect this fast whether they passed it or not.
