At times you wonder what you can do to do better on the tables . You know you have the skills to make the take downs but still the hands keep comming up short .you see the donks play the way of the tv pros that is the worst thing to happen to poker .Yeas it got a lot of people into the game but it makes it hard to play a real poker game when every game you play you have six out of ten players a the tv all in go for broke type player but if the tv was to show the real poker game no one would watch this is just my way of blowing off some steam and i dont want to piss anyone off this is just my outlook and thats just the way i see it

I agree that you see a lot of players making calls and playing the aggressive game they see the pros playing on TV. That is one of the problems with the Final Tables being the main shots they show, and them cutting out the "boring" hands to make it fit in the timeslot. Yes, it's annoying as hell!
On the other hand, TV has brought poker to the level we know it. Until the WPT and the WSOP were televised, you didn't see payouts over $1m like you do today. Because of this, there are also tons more people playing online poker (yes,they want to give you thier money if you are patient enough to take it....) than ever before. I came to online poker because of the Partypoker ad on a WPT or WSOP show. Yes, I'm still a "Fish, donk, or Tukfard(my id on FTP)", but I'm here to stay and so are the others.
Calm down, take a breath, and register for next tournament on PS, on me.
