Wow, I knew there would be ups and downs but I'm taking a beating lately. I keep losing by the slimmest of margins. My pocket 10's to there jacks, my straight to the king - they have to the ace... I might be playing to many hands but I don't think so. My answer is I'm going to step back to some mathematical basics, give up the bluff or only play great starting hands. Anything else you think I should do?

doyle brunson said to win at online poker you should just play the nuts dont bluff a lot. i try to do this but i like to mix it up so i dont always play the same. gl and play on.

don't call if you think your behind. Let people bet into you and stay away from all cash online games. Too unpredictable. Lower your limit and drop a couple steps. Play in some freerolls. Spend less time playing. Also if you just want to play play play chips

I agree with the play chips freerolls can be a bit too free when your trying to get back into a groove lose your play chips and go to the banker a few times you tend to correct some mistakes. I am also a firm believer in not playing for a period of time ,the length of which is different for all. When you have a strong desire to play after a break wait until you can give your undivided attention and have fun win or lose .

you have to bluff some, just depends on what type of bluffer you are...i have found in online play, the best bluff is 2X bb on the turn in good position after all checked the flop...most online players will call all in bluffs believing the overbet is exactly that, a bluff...if you are indeed an all in bluffer...consider a smaller bet which will be more respected and believable by the other players

We you have the right idea. Play top starting hands, play position and fold if you feel like your behind. Sometime you get lucky from behind, but taking to many chances will catch up with you. Never show your hand, gives to much info. Play your game and the rest will follow. When I am on a down swing, I play freerolls and play like it is the WSOP. LOL. Freerolls can up your game if you are willing to be patient. GL. X
