The Chargers put the hurt on the Jets last monday in their first victory of the season. In earlier blogs I had made statements as to "this might be the year that they fo to the Superbowl." but with their showing the first 2 weeks this year, I felt I might have to print a retraction to those blogs.
Now, I am not so sure. I think I might be able to let those statements ride, at least for another week. The Chargers really did a number on Favre and company (see photos) and both the offense and t he defense appeared to have woken up. About time. The first two weeks were pitiful losses that should not have happened. the jets , sho had been hailed as a possible new contender in the AFC, haveing Favre as their leader, were properly introduced to so bolt backfield assaults, and to Rivers being on fire with his passing assault.
This week they march into the Raiders house, and will tear int Al Davis' team with the usual tivalry tension that happens between these two divisional opponents. I will be putting money on this game to back up my comments. The Chargers will win and cover the spread. Nuff Said.
GO BOLTS! !

Lets go BOLTS. Man I feel the same way about San Diego. I am just not to sure about them. The loss of Mariman sure hurt but I still think there is hope for the playoffs!
