so at this minute i am buzzin thinking how much can i extract from my people at the table every body fold till i am heads up and a guy bets $55 so i can my stack is $1600 at the minute and the turn come a 9 putting a straight draw and flush on the board so i check hoping he has one of the or aces giving him a full house then he bets $256 i push all in he calls with A A pefect hand for me then u probs knew a A comes up on river giving him better 4 of a kind so at this minute i just lost $1600
i ask you this question cud you fold that if u did it might of been a gd choice so cud you

There is no way that i would be able to fold that. And if you think someone would have the flush or full house. i would bet a little and make them come over the top.
Amazing, I just had a similar expierence on Poker Stars, and wrote a blog about it, only in mine I didn't have quads, just a full boat !

maybe a value bet would of saved u money and got a call from lesser hand
