I know how u feel, but u know the game. Its not mean or twisted... you had 14 and 12 great years and that is a gift... So when u can move on, find another animal familiar to save (you)... they are not here for us so much as we are for them, in their short lives.

Good you could be a friend to these two, I'm sure they taught u a lot.

I'm sorry, honey. I know how much you loved her. She had a good life, and knew that she was loved. I don't know what else to say... It's been a terrible week.

Sorry flops I know how your feeling I lost my beloved Bandit my baby kitty of 14 yrs the day before mothers day. Ughhhh I still miss him so. But time does heal. We have a new kitten now her name is goldie she's the color of a golden retriever and her tiger stripes. Wowser can she destroy a house in less then 10 mins. lol I get tired just watching her.

I don't understand the circumstances that cause loss, nor do I belive that loss is something to cherish, nor to miss out on - I feel for your losses, and send warm thots and wishes. Please remember the good times, and don't forget the bad times, as through struggles we become stronger - but I do know that sometimes LIFE sux... Hang in there..
We too lost our daughter's little chuhuahua Friday before Mother's Day. The granddaughter threw her down some stairs outside, she was old, and there was nothign we could do but cry and say goodbye.... Feeling for you... Hang in there....

sorry for the loss of your canine friend. we lost a cat my wife had for 16 yrs last year and now we just have lego who is now 15. your friends spirit will always be with you.

I am So sorry for the loss of your beloved pets. I realize how much a pet can become part of the family becaue I have been fortunate enough to have several of my own. My current, and of course, all-time favorite dog is now 9+ and getting arthritis. I cannot imagine what it will be like when he is gone.

I hope you find peace in their memory and, as I know you will, enjoy the new ones even more!
