Guys Gals and friends... Ive been really good to post blog about succesfull Jonsey journeys in my poker play. Winner off rapotrs, killing Intelli (donk) poker player, 5th in Rmr, so on so on. ANd good Cash run..
I wanna also share some reguar stupid nite.... off mine.... 
Im not that a good player and the TILT, "RUSH" curse hitted me last nite.. As ive had 2 good days running Cash tables. and i thourght i found a good "style" ect. and in my "rush" for hitting my first GOAL 500 Bank roll in Poker stars nbsp; , ive planned that This was "nite should be.. and i .. had some pre nite wins like 50 - 70 - 130 pr. nite / day and then lost 50-70-80 day after... since be4 my.. HOliday.. i started up BR 387 and i had the idea that playing 2 tables in same time wold be the solution.. ... 0,10 / 0,25 Tables 6 max.
FIrst table lots off good "limper" like KQ suited A10 suited so on, but each time i got BAD flop draws, or a good flop draw where "only" one card (out) where missing and i ve had to fold.. (waste off chase)
That happend over and over and over and i as (imo) u should when u play cazz reloaded to either max. 25$ or max. what chip($) lead have...
After 2½ off play and only small wins, but bigger loses (even a KK on AA, chiit 29$ out off window),
i checked my BR. had to see, how much had been waste i saw the FFF... number.. 193 something, and i went to panic . damm damm damm (had to get back just up to 250 for a restart tomorrow),
Okey i'll find a "fish" bowl 9 man, 010/025 and only play the monsters..
3 tables running and absolutely NOTHING hitted,.. down with the shit.. i had a hand AA, and re-preraised it
to 6,5 and gets called by one "donk" yea... he had should i discover... K4 suited.. , okey i was doumb, donk and fishy on tilt, i bet in 4$ on the flop "check-bet" a way to hell, he flat calls.. hummmm i thik.... turn was empty,,, i bet in 4$ on the turn, he flat call... (dam now i know.. all the ALARM bells should have ringed) river... just as empty as the turn,,,, and this time i check it .... and the DONK checks to and shov mee,, that AA kill..
..
When i stopped play that "morning" it became.. i've burned off way over 250$ buks.. in STUPIDITY...
But u all know what,. i care.. becuz now there is way longer to my 500 mark.. But have to say lucky for me all the loses was pure wins... so back on the horse (donkey) And play SAFE NiceJones U = donk off the year..
so now i've learned DONT ***** RUSH, stay with what u know... and do it slow and SAFE.... and if somebody ever see me in more than one CASH tables... late nite as would be like 20--24 est... THEN come and SMACK mee and rusk mee.. WAKE mee up lease.. im prolly in a new rush hour..(s)..... Bad chase...

Wow, that sounds kinda familliar.
I've had a bad week myself too.
Still struggling at the moment to play even each session.
Just hope for you it was just small incident.
Found out myself that it's kinda hard to get back to normal and get back in the winning spirit after a few bad sessions.
I ended up playing way to many starting hands in out of the most terrible positions just because I saw some of my good hands got sucked out by players who did play those hands and got lucky on me. Some sort of revenge feeling that decided for me to leave my own game and the discipline I'm trying to have.
At the moment, after a bad week my goals are very small.
When my targets are based on my bankroll most of the time it's no good so now I'm focussing on winning small pots, playing a little smaller stakes so there can't be that much damage, and gaining back my confidence.
Well to say it in not to many words.
