No there's no free money but that seems to be the only way to get anyone's attention on here. I'm having problems with pokerstars and i was wondering if anybody has had this same problem or if maybe anyone would know how to fix it.
When opening up Pokerstars last night i got the update alert so i clicked ok to install the new version. Once the d/l was complete the lobby opened but Pokerstars would not connect. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the software 3 times to no avail, the program will simply not connect to the server. I e-mailed ps support but it's been almost 15 hours and they won't even try to help. Thanks to anyone who could give me any ideas!!!

If the firewall doesnt block it then go to your control panel, internet options and delete all cookies. Go to your broser; pokerstars.com and download from there. Luck.
under help tag click network status and see what it says
if you have uninstalled and deleted any ps files you find in a search and it still wont work..... try reloading again after uninstall and when it promts you to designate where to install add a number to the end of the file...ie....pokerstars.exe... save it as pokerstars2.exe it worked for me on my bodog account... gl
