(the other ones are very nice too, but i like the banner shape of 6 more and i think it's really sharp and stands out)

it depends what you want to use it for. you said you wanted a banner.
if u want a tag to put in comment boxes, pick 9 to fit. the others will be too big and showy.
if u want one for your page, 8 is good.
OR USE BOTH!
