MONEYBOOKERS STOPS PROCESS FOR ONLINE GAMING? NDEPENDENT

Aug 28, 2008 10:39 am Report Abuse

I recently tried to cash out in pokerstars and the funds was returned to my account. When i tried to e-mail MONEYBOOKERS they told me that they already stopped processing online gaming like poersites. Anybody experienced this?

As a general rule, I think it's best not to publish the names of the processors that poker sites use to send money to U.S. players. These companies take on a lot of risk, and spreading their name around could only increase that risk, and decrease our chance of getting money out.

That said, I'm not good enough, nor fortunate enough to have withdrawn any money yet, so I can't help you with your problem. I hope you find a way to withdraw money. Have you emailed PS to ask about the issue? I've heard much positive feedback about their customer service regarding deposit/withdrawal issues.

yes, and Ps support is very helpful. However they also do not know what is the problem with moneybookers as of the moment and will get back to me after they figure it out. I thik it is better to tell everybody than to keep it because of the "risk" you are talking about. People should know before it is too late. However, you can still use moneybookers in other transactions except online gaming/poker to be exact. I think you can still acces and get your funds from it though, but for me I am getting it all out. Who knows what will happens next.
