yeah our goverment is a pack of dickheads but just remeber that

LOL However the alcopops tax has been withdrawn. And now there are legal wrangles of who gets the refund on that tax. Pity the poor people who bought it after tax, and didnt keep their receipts. It was one of those "well meaning" taxes, but nevertheless a Tax. Now the kids just buy a bottle of booze and mix the drinks themselves.

Petrol prices are high here because of all the extra taxes, granted. The main ire for me is how a barrel of oil increases on day and on that SAME day, our petrol (gasoline) prices jump sky high. Mind you, we ship LPG to China for about $0.03 a litre. Why is LPG for cars so high here then? However, in New Zealand at Christmas petrol was $NZ1.80 a litre. And their wages lower than here in Australia.

lol.. problem is where I drink they still charge $8.50 a bottle for the bottom shelf spirits and $10 for the top shelf it's kind of a grrrrrrrrr factor

it gets worse swanny, australia has it own oil reserves that it uses to make high grade quality oil and exports it overseas making top dollar, but for the domestic market australia imports low grade oil for it's petrol and sells at the pump for top dollar. So we are getting screwed by the oil companies every which way than can.

well swanny we pay 2$ a litre now and 60cents of that goes to tax then we pay 12.5% gst on 2$ a litre so we pay gst for the 60cent tax here in the nz and we pay gst on every thing including staples like milk etc we just getting ripped and ripped again hang on and again hay we getting ripped on it legal

forgot to say prostitution is legal here so thats 12.5% gst they get off sex so we get taxed for that

A few years ago the government took over the management of the Mustang Ranch in Nevada for non payment of back taxes.

The Mustang Ranch was a brothel.

The government mis managed it so bad that it went bankrupt and out of business. The government can't even manage a ***** house. I wonder if the Ladies got government pensions?

I think we need 2 chuck out this government and start afresh swanny 2 b honest but there isn't much we can do. I don't think any of what this government's doing that's all I meant to say.
